ORDER POLICY
  • Orders can be made trough email: it.m.fashionista@gmail.com . Please include Item Code, Amount, Your Name and Shipping Address.
  • Please allow 2days for order confirmation from our team. The confirmation email will include your PURCHASE CODE and confirmed items subject to stock availability.Orders are highly due to First Come First Serve basis.
  • Back Out buyers are seriously unwelcome.

PAYMENT POLICY
  • Customers should make a full payment within 3days the Confirmation Email being sent.Failing to do so will automatically CANCEL the order. A Cancellation Status will be mailed to the buyer.
  • Payment should be made in exact amount. If unable to do so, we will include the balance in the item parcel.

SHIPPING POLICY
  • All item will be shipped on weekdays and within 3days(not including weekend) after the payment received. We will email you about the shipping status.
  • Postage cost is not included in the item price. Additional cost for postage will be added in the bill in confirmation email.
  • Postage charge is cheaper for combined items and totally based on Royal Mail Recorded Service for buyers in United Kingdom and Europe and Pos Malaysia Parcel Rate
  • Buyers in UK and Europe can choose either 1day delivery or 3days delivery. Next Day delivery will cost more.
  • Postage rate for buyers in another countries will be based on the cheapest rate from either postal service.
EXCHANGE&REFUND POLICY
